主要用途
同步辐射光束线及前端主要应用于加速器储存环与实验站之间。对从储存环引出的同步辐射光进行分束、冷却、单色、聚焦、准直,满足试验要求的能量光范围、光子能量、分辨本领、束斑大小及微区能量扫描。
Applications:
The beamline and frontend are used between accelerator storage ring and experiment station to beam splitting, cooling, monochrome, focussing, collimating the synchrotron radiation light extracted from the storage ring to meet the test requirements of energy range of light, photon energy, resolving power, beam spot size and micro area energy scanning.
设备组成 Components and features
主要由单色仪、聚焦反射镜箱、束流位置探测器、精密可调狭缝、水冷光闸、差分抽气系统和铍窗等组成。
Mainly consisted of monochromator, focusing mirror box, beam position detector, precision adjustable slit, water-cooling shutter, differential pumping system and berylium window etc.
